Corona del Mar — CdM — is the seaside village neighborhood of Newport Beach, laid out on a grid of numbered avenues stepping down from Pacific Coast Highway to the sea. Big Corona at the mouth of Newport Harbor is one of the widest, calmest swimming beaches in Orange County, backed by the cliffs of Inspiration Point and Lookout Point above.
